SPS can be of an extremely high quality (and price of course).
Also Linn in their wonderful CD12 cd player used a SPS.
I am aware of lab grade switching power supply as well.
As you rightly say " Like anything else, it's all in the implementation ".
I had actually SPS for Personal Computer in my mind.
Another solution for my case would be to switch from the present TTGI Super Flower SF-420TS unit to an higher quality one.
Pc Power and cooling are a little expensive.
Have you any kind suggestion?
