between SACD and CD were negligible in most, if not all instances. Suggested the dreaded "double blind" testing. Did my own, (not double blind) found no difference. "YOUR OUT OF HERE!"Now Norah Jones' stereo layer turns out to be just a CD. And no one, and I mean no one, has ever given an example that was verifiable of a difference you could actually demonstrate. Steve Hoffman did try, saying he could hear the reverb of a drum thwack on Fortunate Son that could not be heard on the CD layer. I listened for it....
