Mr. Passion,You are wrong about everything you said. And whether you believe it or not the fact that there was so much chatter outside of the private negotiations, complicated and prolonged the process. And I am afraid that you have not even begun to understand what has occurred -- Mark and I are no longer involved in the management or owenership of Atma-Sphere at all. As part of the settlement, we just gave Ralph back our equity interest. Mark, myself and Ralph were all equal owners, and therefore what Mark and I gave back was our equity, which was paid for by me and in turn given back for free. And if you think this was done from a position of weakness, then you are wrong again.
You sound like someone who has very little grace yourself -- and therefore not surprisingly has a hard time recognizing it in others.
