http://www.soundstage.com/surrounded/surrounded.htmThe Hydra-8 is an excellent unit. My power isn't all that great, either, and it helped clear up A LOT of grunge and hash on the line. When you consider that it doesn't limit current--which is generally the biggest gripe about conditioners--it almost becomes a no-brainer. It's that good--at least in my experience. The Hydra-2 or -4, etc., should give the essentially the same benefit, but without the Stardust compound used in the 8.
