Very pleasent with a true 'the customer is in control' atmosphere.I enjoy my visits there every time (just bought a replacement pair of Grado SR225 cans two months ago.
My shift in perspective towards DIY has naturally cut down on dealer visits, but this shop and Mr. Rutan's Audio Connection will likely be the only two store fronts in the Philly/NYC area that will see any business from me. Both are class acts.
