I am a long-time subscriber to Stereophile and I live in western Canada. At least once, and often twice a year, I get my magazine very late or not at all. Stereophile's response is to extend my subscription by a couple of months; but it's irritating and I sometimes am not able to get that month's issue locally (all sold out by then).
