Questions about the Ensoniq AudioPci 1370 sound card ?

I've buy a used Ensoniq Audio Pci 1370 sound card.
On the board it's print; Ensoniq 1997, Audio Pci 1000, in the back on a sticker; Audio Pci 9716, is it a guenuine Ensoniq or the Soundblaster version ?
There's a green jack plug with a --> , and a black jack plug with a <--, whitch ones are the line in and the line out ?
Where do I plug the cdrom cable, j6- cd audio in , j7-tuner-ide-sony cd in, or j8-tad i/o ??
Where on the net can I find the instructions for that sound card ??
