I use a Yamaha recording station.
teh reference is the in France RC-HD1300.
It is a CD player, CD burner and a HDD of 160 gigas wich gives around 220 hours of capacity.
Of course there is a Jog shuttle and you can cut, paste, fadein, out search and all the things you can do with a record player.I am found of classical live concerts on FM.
I record the all evening, then I cut the presentation speach, most of the applauses, the intermezzo, and I burn a rewritable audio CD.(80 minutes) two when it is an opera.
With my audio CD's, I go to my computer and I burn a regular CD on wave format without compression.
It is cheap, and thrilling !
so long,
