Hi. I'm having a serious problem with my Arcam CD73 that I bought 10 months ago. I have hardly used it. When I load a CD into it, it reads "loading" for much longer than it should, then it reads, "no disc." If I turn the Arcam on and off, finally after a few tries of turning it on and off, it finally reads the CD. What is the cause of this problem and what can I do?Right now, I'm considering leaving the unit on always to avoid this problem. Can anyone help?
