Hi,Upgrade and subsequent service were performed by the Canadian Quad distributor. They have had the unit back and have made changes each time -- replaced the Mk. II transport, replaced the front-panel logic switches, replaced the DAC and power supply boards, upgraded the firmware, resoldered some dry joints on the replacement transport. Still the unit freezes when switched on/off using the rear-panel rocker switch and skips on nearly every disk. I can't keep paying to send this back and forth -- time to cut my losses?
