I had something like that happen too, only it was a Phillips changer, I had forgotten the cds were in the carousel and was moving the system around...I had to open the player up to get the discs out. If you are up to opening up the unit, that may be the only way to get the discs out safely, and save a service charge...just take your time and it should be a piece of cake.
