HI Passion - I use the Herbies Audio Peek Hal-o's on a wonderful set of NOS RCA 12au7's and I finf this to be a great combination for the 303. As for footers/dampers, that would depend more or less on the materials of the shelf and/or rack that you are using. With a SRA shelf, I took off the factory feet and used a set of three Symposium couplers - this gave me PACE, liveliness, and increased resolution with the 303/300.
