As aljordan already explained to you in a related thread not 2 days ago (that still appears on this page as I write this), if used completely in digital mode between a transport and a DAC, the Behringer does no more than take numbers in, and put numbers out - in completely digital mode there is nothing in the signal path whatsoever. No diodes, no capacitors, nothing but pure digital numbercrunching - takes in numbers, puts out slightly different numbers, with I believe rather capable floating point processing units (so I've read).Beyond that, the DAC in the unit can sound quite good considering it's pretty much free in the bargain - large soundspace, reasonably good tonality, but lacking in ultimate refinement true.
You posted almost the exact same cryptic message in that thread below as well, something like "why not sell all your equipment and buy Behringer, save some money". Maybe you could read the responses a little more carefully.
