Stick with the credit card company for a refund as the unit was " not fit for purpose" you should get a full refund ..imoIf you get a lite 60 stock its very easy to do thev mods pacific fit as far as I've heard the the mods are fairly obvious ...better caps good wireing decent rectifier diodes etc.
The dac sounds pretty good stock so I'm told.
Its a pity that they tried to do the dirty on you!
