I doubt zeros will drop off the end since they are sort of 'fat and round'. One's on the other hand, are thin so most likely they'll get dropped. Now dropping off all ones and leaving all zeros gives you a signal containing all zeros, a pure silence. I guess at this point it's better to leave it to experts to figure out all possible implications.
