Lector CDP 7t vs Resolution Audio Opus 21

Hi. Has anyone compared these 2 directly? I'm mulling a replacement for my Naim CD5 + Flatcap2, and these are on the short list based on recommendations from people I trust.

With my system upgrading, the Naim needs to be upgraded to..

Also read somewhere that there may be a direct Chinese version of the Lector - ie..the Lector may be a rebadged chinese cd player? Any truth to that?
