The skinny ones are simply Jon Risch's suggestion to use Belden 89259 cable as an IC. From what I saw on their website, they just sell a piece of 89259, with RCA jacks.The fat ones are JR's twisted conductor design, where you use the core of 89259, and the core of a similiar belden cable that has a solid core conductor, and twist them together. These have been discussed here a lot.
The superlatives are their design, and I have not seen any write ups on those.
