I picked up 2 vintage SE OPT for el84 tubes and am unsure about the hookup.
There are 3 primary wires, Red , Blue, Maroon. Red is primary, and Blue goes to Pin7 (63 ohms) and Maroon? (16 ohms). What is maroon wire for?
There are 4 secondary wires Black , bare, Yellow, green. Black and bare are grounded. Yellow (.3 ohms to black) and Green (48 ohms to bare). Why are there 2 secondary circuits? Yellow and black and Green and bare are not connected. I think these came from a Motorola or Zenith single ended console. Thank you for the help. cheers, Dak
