Of the speakers on the list, I would tend to say B&W. There are many options at this price point, but not many on your list. Are you looking for full range speakers? Is this for music or home theater? I know you didn't list them, so I assume they aren't available locally, but the PSB Image 6Ts are very good bang for the buck.
Be brave. Consider buying mail order or over the net or even used. I've purchased most of my system this way, and seldom paid over 60% of retail, usually more like 50%. It's better to audition speakers before you purchase, even better to llisten to them in your home, but that isn't always possible. Audio Advisor has good speaker deals, plus they have a 30 day return policy.
The great thing about audiophiles is that we tend to get tired of our equipment quickly and want to upgrade often. Therefore, nice, well maintained audio gear is always being passed down the audio food chain. Usually at 50 cents on the dollar.
