I also use 5m ICs, and I have tried a lot. If you can DIY, the very best I have found that I now use is Belden 89207. Its a twisted teflon insulated pair with very low capacitance.
You can get it from Take Five Audio for about $3.00 per ft.
Just add whichever RCAs you like and let them burn in for at least 100 hours.You will be very happy, I still find it hard to believe, it has everything, very clean with great top to bottom extention.
The only negative is that its a little stiff so you cann't make real sharp bends.
Check it out before you spend $1000.
