Do some searches, and you'll see that the analog input capabilities of the Panasonic digital amps are not highly regarded. Most of the people who are excited about them use digital input only. The BEE does not have a built-in phono stage, but I think it's best choice of the two if you have a TT.

My SA-XR50 is fine with CD's on the digital inputs, yes. But it seems to do something very special with analog FM and Cassette tape inputs. Heck, I can't explain it but it's nice.On the other hand, my XM Radio pod seems distant or faint through the Panny.
What is your system like ? I have ordered one XR50 and waiting for it to arrive. I am curious about the sound quality compared to $1K range integrated amps and $500 CD player combo.
I'm still playing around with mine in the garage when I get the time. Right now I'm using a Carver TX11B tuner, Carver Cassette deck, various CD players and DVD players etc with Klipsch KG 2.1's now.
