Hi everyone.
I'm currently considering of buying Luxman C-02 preamp. I guess it would be mainly used as a phono-stage for my Rega P3. I've tried to search for info about the preamp, but little I've found. Does anyone here have experiences or knowledge of this amp? Is it worth the ~190$ the seller is asking? And finally, does it sound good? :)

Its what I use to run my MMF5, Very good detailed sound, Class A Pre-amp the Tone Defeat and Phono Bypass are great as well as the 2 sets of pre-outs incase you have a sub you want to power. Ive owned it since new in the mid 80's and never had a problem with it. For the price you will not find a better soundeing pre-amp.I use it to power a set of bridged M-02 Amps, and a Subwoofer Amp

I own both a Luxman C-02 and C-05. The C-02 is currently in my system paired with a Classe Audio Fifteen; I would definitely say that $190 for this preamp is worth it. It has a phono direct circuit that by-passes all else, this alone makes it ideal for your purposes. The preamp is extremely quiet and I think you'll be impressed with both bass output and imaging.
