Well, the tracks you mentioned "Time Tough", "In The Dark", "Love Is Gonna Let Me Down", "Got to be There", "Country Road" & "Sailing On"
are all on the 'In the Dark' LP, which was the follow up to Kingston(see link).
The Rolling Stone site lists the Mango issue as being from '76, so i guess this is a repackage of material from these two earlier LPs?.Incidentally, In the Dark is a much better LP.
