RE: Recent photos of my studio, record & music collection

I went to see an elderly lady the other day who had two tickets for a local theater event that was sold out. She had already reserved two tickets but she had other obligations. I bought the two tickets from her, everybody happy.

She lived in a new apartment building in my home town. Most of the inhabitants are elderly people who don't want the hassle of a big house and a garden anymore. It was neat but not big. Not much space.

So by the time you and I get really old and we have to move to the old folk's home, we will have to make painful choices. We'll have to cull 90% of our record collection. Yikes.

I'm currently ripping my CD collection. An all winter project. After completion i have my 4K CD collection in WAV files on a tiny USB hard disc. I have my CD's in numbered CD wallets. I have a database on my tablet that tells me in which wallet the CD is. So i can take my CD's with me to the old folks' home. Not my records...

"The torture never stops"

Greetings Freek.
