Conrad Johnson PV2aR - what were original tubes?

I am really liking my newly-acquired CJ PV2 ar preamp (factory sticker on the back says it was revised). It has a 6 tube complement of
1- 12ax7
2-12AT7
3- 5751

Does anyone know what original brands came with these? Were they American or Euro? I have some good tubes in this one, but a bit of a random bunch. Just want to get it closer to original (and play with sonic differences).

Thanks for any advice or info about this great vintage preamp. Did a search and didn't find the answer to this.
