Although I haven't heard it, I know someone who has the MF integrated and likes it. Another consideration may be the Peachtree Nova 150 integrated which includes a DAC. For speakers, I strongly suggest you consider Elac Uni-Fi UB5. A few months ago when I had to send my KEF LS Metas off for repair, I picked up a pair of the Elacs used for just over $200. I was totally astonished at how good they are and perform well above their price point, not much of a dropoff from my KEFs.
