for the 6922

After about ten months of listening I have grown quite a liking for the sound that I am getting. The sound stage is on the dark side. The bottom end is very nice and the mids a full and clean. The highs are nice but do not have alot of sparkle in comparison to other tubes. What I really liked was the lack of sibilance in the female vocals, singers such as Jacintha and Billie Holiday, that I experiance with the stock Sovtec 6922's that it came with.

Product Weakness: Highs are some what dull.
Product Strengths: Good base. Nice Mids. No vocal distortion.
