I just want to say Justin Dorings review of the 3.3 is right on target. Hey, I know the review is 10+ years old but I still love my 3.3's and can't say enough about them.

My pair is late 90's and does not have the newer, softer crossover Ken Kantor put in them and that is my only issue. If anyone has ideas how to reduce the brightness a bit, I'd love to hear.

I changed equipment several times and now have Plinious 250, SF line 1, NAD transport, Meridian DAC and Marigo cables. I was amazed how the Marigo softened it up. The one more thing I did that really helped was put in a dedicated 20amp circuit with 10 gauge wire. My ears never bleed no matter how loud I crank (and I do crank, just ask the next county over), I think the 10 gauge wire dedicated circuit handles any transients the Plinius slams out. One more thing, If I do put the Plinius in ClassA, the bass is overwelming and painful so I never use ClassA with this setup. Not sure if anyone else has ever noticed this.

My NAD is an inexpensive piece but I'm yet to find anotehr trnsport that does much different. I've auditioned many with my system up to 10k models and never really hear anthing that warrants changing it.
