for the Radia 520 Planar-Hybrid
I have a full compliment of Martin Logan speakers (Monolith III's, ReQuests, SL-1's, CZS's) with high-end electronics (Tact TCS, Parasound AV2500u, Perreaux 6-channel amps, Denon 5803, Denon DV9000, etc) and I own 8 Bohlender Grabener speakers (4 520DX's, 2 420DX's, 2 220DX's) with excellent subs. Except for the Monoliths, I find the BG's to be much more powerful, dynamic, detailed and accurate than the ML's after extensive A-B tests. These are truly great bargains. As an electrical engineer and jazz musician, great sound is vital to me; and as a home theater buff, dynamism from my speakers is a must. However, the BG's require significant break-in to be appreciated because they will sound thin in the beginning.
Product Weakness: requires sub, break-in period - otherwise none. Product Strengths: powerful, dynamic, detailed and accurate
