for the RE10

This is a pretty good sounding mid-fi product, readily available for under $300 (sometimes much under). It has decent detail, power, and lack of coloration, provided by low feedback, discrete component circuitry. It has no "solid state" nasties which plague most consumer grade gear. It lacks the solid build quality audiophiles prize, but really is nice sounding for the $. I've been trading around a lot in my home office system to find acceptable sound on the cheap, and I think this is it. Very enjoyable; just don't expect kilobuck sound for $200-$300.

Product Weakness: Doesn't provide the transparency, detail, slam and focus of high end gear. Cheap no-frills livery.
Product Strengths: Smooth, good detail, easy to listen to. Remote;line level mono sub output.
