for the UV-15/2400Q

I got hold of a Pickering UV-15/200OQ through my father but the D200OQ had a bent cantilever. A few weeks ago I purchased a NOS D2400Q stylus on eBay and used this cartridge to replace my low-end Audio Technica.

After some adjustments I really have started to enjoy this cartridge. It has very strong bass and detailed highs, but only at higher volumes. This cartridges only real downfall so far to me has been a lack of clearity at lower volumes. But at high volumes it really sings, bright and strong. To me, (cause I don't have the original stats) it seems to be a pretty low output cartridge.

I did encounter a problem where it started to skip on my records, but after putting a plastic spacer between the cartridge and the headshell the skips started to disappear.

I read that it tracks between 0.5-1.5, I track mine at 1.1.

Product Weakness: Mushy sound in lower volumes, required some tweaking to get it just right, and it (along with most of it's quadraphonic relatives) is long out of production.
Product Strengths: Strong bass, midrange and bright highs in the higher volumes and tracks very well.
