This is ELF's basic interconnect. It is a tightly wound helix of 6N OCC copper, with Eichman plugs and is coated with a thin layer of lacquer, which presents a very nice appearance. I was looking to upgrade my very nice silver ICs, and decided to try these partly bacause I have a bias for OCC copper, and because I was already using ELF speaker cable of a similiar design, and I like it very much indeed. I expected ELF ICs to be excellent.
And excellent they are, outdistancing my much more expensive silvers by a wide margin, in every respect. Surprisingly, they even provide more low-level detail and air, while still retaining the desirable warmth and smoothness of copper. I am sure it will be a long time ,if ever, before I have an urge to upgrade, but if I do the first person I'll talk to is Ernest Lee Farley III (ELF).

Product Weakness:	Other than being slightly stiff (which can be an advantage), none
