for the DIY Silver Interconnects
I needed a good interconnects for a phono stage I was adding to my system but decided that commercial IC's were pretty pricey so why not try a DIY project. I found Chris's Fine Silver Interconnects project & thought I'd give it a shot. I used bare silver wire on teflon along with Dayton plugs & silver solder. To break-in the cables I temporarily (I thought) put them between my amp & CD player. Well, after about 30 hours I couldn't believe the improvement in my system. Smoother more extended highs, better detail, improved defintion & harmonic structure in the mids, and deeper, tighter bass. I'm replacing all the IC's in my system ($500 Chapter Verso) with Chris's Fine Silver cables.
Product Weakness: None that I've found Product Strengths: Way more realism and clarity
