I spend 50 hours braiding my bi-wire pair with 9 pairs for high frequencies
and 18 pairs for the low frequencies. I finished them with stealth
pure silver spade lugs for amp and low frequencies and radioshack gold
plated lugs for the tweeter. The termination took a heavy duty soldering
iron and a lot of heat.

I really had problems after I put them together. There was a good timing
but a poor sound stage and some haze. After e-mailing Chris I decided
to try to break them in. Sound stage improved and the haze disappeared
for the most part. Some remained. I rearranged the stereo components
in my rack and that got rid of the last haze. The haze was there before
but I never noticed it.

The speaker cable now (after 70 hours) sound extremely clear. Timing
is extraordinary. The improved timing reduced sharpness in the midrange
and soundstage now is much better then my previous cable (Audio quest
type 4 for HF and Indigo for LF). I do not want to take them out of
my system anymore and would gladly recommend them to anybody. They
are worth the torture of braiding and breaking in.

I must say bass seems to be a little thinner then on the audioquest.
Maybe a full range 27 pair for the LF would have been better?
