I have had these Emberglows since august of 2001 and these were my first encounter with Clarity Wires, Now called Clarity Labs. My system has evolved considerable since i first got these, but they still remain in my system for one reason. They sound dang good!. I use these as the jumpers on my NAD integrated because i now use the Foxfires from my cdp to amp.

My initial impressions with these when i first got them which was most noticable was the Deep,tight bass these cables provide. as well as the crisp clear top end. The midrange is warm and smooth very nice. When i had these going between my cdp and amp though, they seemed a little bit too bright in my system. which is all solid state and these cables are designed around tube gear so that is probbly why. The foxfires though worked much better in my system. These are still great cables. the bass is just soo tight and fast and mids soo smooth and warm and detailed i cant help but give these a very positive review. I would highly reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a good cable at a descent price.

Just like my foxfires these cables are built to last with detail and care taken when they were made. The newer Emberglows have the lighter RCA jacks which are also used on the foxfire and in my opinion they are nicer.
