for the Super Helix Gold

First let me state that I have a thing for small one man operations like Clairvoyant cables. I find that these types of companies offer a better product for the price. After consulting with the owner Ernest Lee farley,I decided to order a 10ft pair of Super Helix gold biwires.I received the cables four days later and immediately installed them into my system.Once installed,I was immediately took back by the perceived increase in resolution. Now my Nordost SPM's were not lacking in that department, but the Super Helix Golds made everything easier to follow.I have tried gold cables in the past, but I wrote them all off as being too thick and syrupy.Everybody including me who owns the Super Helix golds thinks the complete opposite.Besides being one of the most transparent cables I have owned, their soundstaging is utterly phenomenal. Both width and depth is incredible. While my SPM's have a front row presentation, the Super Helix Golds have a middle row presentation which makes me want to listen longer.I initially had reservations about the bass since the cables were just so thin but the bass had plenty of weight and authority down low.Compared to the SPM's,the Super Helix Golds have a fuller bass while the SPM's are tighter. To wrap things up, I can recommend the Super Helix golds to those who are looking for a cable that has the transparency and resolution of silver and the warmth and bass of gold.

Product Weakness: A tad stiff don't look expensive
Product Strengths: resolution soundstaging coherence detail bass weight
