for the powerChord
The Audience power cord has been my favorite cord for my preamp for about five years now.On other equipment that I have, it ranges from good to rather plain.Nothing outstanding on the other equipment, so I am using other brands there.
I do have a friend who owns a Hovland amplifier who gets very good results with the Audience cord. However, he does not prefer it on source components either.
I would conclude so far that power cords are 80 percent component depenent and 20 percent system dependent.

Product Weakness: Can be too plain and mellow on some components. Product Strengths: Correctness of tone. Lack of glare.
