Model: ProLogue Seven
Category: Amplifier (Tube)
Suggested Retail Price: $2695
Description: Monobloc PAIR of power amps equipped with Adaptive AutoBias™ exclusive to PrimaLuna, means no user adjustments and tubes are kept in their “sweet spot” for lowest distortion in real time. Like all PrimaLuna amps will use most power tubes from 6L6GC, KT66, EL-34, 7581A, 6550, KT88, KT90, and others. Soft-start circuit extends component and tube life by powering up the amp gently every time you turn it on. Tube plate fuse protects the amplifier output stage. Custom designed output transformers encapsulated for low hum, wide bandwidth for great bass and extended highs. Premium parts. Fully vented, chassis-mounted ceramic tube sockets with KT88 power tubes, Frech-made Solen Capacitors, and Philips fast-recovery diodes. WBT style speaker terminals and gold plated input jacks. The finest point to point wiring, with workmanship equal to or better than any product you can buy at any price. Chassis made of finely finished heavy gauge steel, and five step automotive quality finish. Each coat hand rubbed and polished. Quick-release tube cage included no charge. Toroidal power transformer for low hum and an amp that is dead quiet.

for the ProLogue Seven

Just what the Dr. ordered ProLogue Sevens, we let them burn for 48 hours before we even sat down for a listen and was I ever happy we bought them.

Same smooth, detailed sound we were used to with the ProLogue 5 stereo amp, only seemed to have a larger sound stage with better separation. These are hands down the best amps you can buy anywhere at this price or even twice the price I researched different tube amps for almost a year before I decided on the sevens. If you want a tube amp that you do not HAVE to mess with all the time or worry about a tube failing and damaging something else on the amp THESE ARE FOR YOU!!!!

Product Weakness: They cannot change CD's for you, really I cannot think of a thing negative to say about these beauties.
Product Strengths: Sound, Build Quality, Ease of use, and last but not least Looks.
