for the Aloia 13.01

First, most of my experience before is tubes. I had SS but of this caliber by a long shot. I wanted to not have a tubed system for awhile to take a break of the manic life of tubo-philia.

This amp is simply sweet...Has the power reserves for nice loud rock/jazz/electronic music and the finesse and timbre to play my Lute music collection almost to perfection.

The Inductive power supply is superb and super quiet. it seems as if the amp plays sweet ala SET amp but controlled like SS.

I have played this amp with a 76 tubed preamp, a SAS SA-7 hybrid preamp, and its companion Aloia preamp, and it was superb with all of them.

Product Weakness: Super heavy power supply.
Product Strengths: Price when bought used..if you can find one.
