Magnequest Mike- bottlehead delivery speed

Hello Mike-
I needed to know how long delivery to the midwest will
take for one of the heavy duty ST-70 power trannies (MQ-060, I think).
I would be ordering through Bottlehead presumably, unless another
route makes more sense. Is the $150 retail price still correct?
Also, does the heavy duty ST-70 power tranny have the same dimensions
as the original? It doesn't matter much, as long as
it can be lashed to the top somewhere, I just ask for the sake of curiosity.
