Easy Shunt Mode Installed!

I successfully installed the 100K resistors, and while the sound quality has improved somewhat, the volume knobs still remain almost fully in the counter clockwise postion. Even at 7:00 o'clock it's pretty loud. I am using SS Marantz MA-500 Monoblocks with an Input Sensitivity of 1V RMS and an Impedence of 30 Ohms. Dampening factor is is 200 @ 8 ohms if tht helps.
I plan on ordering the Sweet Whispers today, so I'm guessing that I should build them with -20 to -50dB attenuation?
This is new hobby has become the "other woman" in my marriage!
