Ripoff to the Amperex Bugle Boy logo. The Bugle Boy logo is leaning backward. The one on the amp is leaning forward. Pretty sure all tubes come in that unit is made in China or Russia and nothing close to Amperex.

Except the Russian tubes clearly say "Made In Russia" on them, either on the base or the glass. And while I prefer not to see it happen as well, New Sensor purchased the names so it was done perfectly legally.
So if you and I don't like it that's one thing. To call it a "rip off" seems over the top though.
.....why would you prefer that they don't do it? Is it because you find it deceptive, as I do? If it is deceptive, IMHO, it is a rip off. And I have no dog in this hunt as you do.
No, I prefer they don't do it simply as a nod to history. I don't like the products like LED bulbs called "Sylvania" or lesser quality small home appliances labeled "Sunbeam" or "Emerson", and so on. They don't seem appropriate to me. And while it's less of a factor now, I hate having to label the current production versions all the time so they aren't confused with old stock. Of course I have to do that with Svetlana as well.
Hey - in the old days RCA used to sell a LOT of tubes labeled RCA that were actually GE, Sylvania, Ei, Japanese, or even Russian made tubes. Were those tubes "rip-offs" since they weren't really made by RCA? And they rarely even correctly identified the maker or country of origin! RCA wasn't alone in doing this relabeling either. Was RCA "ripping off" purchasers of these tubes?
Don't even HINT at the idea that I feel like this because I sell tubes. That has NOTHING to do with it. ZERO, NIL. I sell tubes that I would use in my own gear, period. The name isn't a factor in my choice.
Sorry about the minor rant. I understand how you feel but the term "ripoff" simply seems over the top to me.
several other makers did the same thing. I think that the mushroom pentodes were made for WE by Tung-Sol.
I do not get the rip off statement. All new amps have the cheapest new manufactured (not NOS) tubes installed. Picture clearly shows Russian getters in tubes.

BB logo does not mean amp comes with BB tubes. In fact where would the manufacture find that many NOS BB?

"Still Working the Problem"
I believe its Richardson Electronics from La Fox IL. IIRC they put the Bugle Boy logo on a bunch of Philips JAN tubes and sold them for high prices.
In terms of ownership that's the last I heard anyway.
by whoever made the little amplifier shown? (unless they had Richardson's permission)
