One of my friend has sourced the regulator from a fellow who used to own a company called American Hybrid Technology for this project, and I will have it build with 12BH7 instead of 6922 indicated on the circuit diagram, and the output tubes would be KT77 and wired in triode with regulated power supply stated above.
I have a brand new A470, actually a MQ470 from Magnequest that I bought it as backup parts many years ago, and PA521 from Triode Electronics. My friend give me a suggestion made a Ebony wood base with copper top and bottom plate, he also recommends the Tentlabs negative bias module (good up to 4 tubes) for this project.
Now it comes down resistor choice, I already ordered some Solen Teflon film and foil cap, and some 50uf 600v electrolytic cap made for tube amplifier. Also, Not yet decided on type of flaiment supply? AC or regulated DC?

There is very little reason for using DC heating in this application, with its indirectly heated tube types.

Guess what I am thinking the samw way, and I feel AC filament sounds better based on my past experience.
