Hi Victor, I took the amp apart again and examined all the connector solders, especially CN4 and CN3 (pic of CN4 included). I don't see anything but shiny, good solders. I'll melt all the joints again and search for unsoldered joints on every board. Not sure what to do after that.
The only other thing I can see is that I really torqued down the speaker binding post nuts, which has compressed the insulating plastic washers. Could that 1/32" that they may be compressed be preventing CN3 and CN4 from mating tightly enough?

Did you check Unit 4/5? Page 5 step 3 - the solder points between unit 4 and 5
For CN2, did you solder this 8-pin socket
Yes, I did solder CN2. Here's the JPG.
Here's unit 4/5 joints
Here's a shot of CN3 in case that helps.
CAN YOU POST AN OVERVIEW OF UNIT 1?

Here's Unit 1 B side.
I don't see any issue from Unit 1.
Please make sure the lead of each component is 0.5-1mm above the solder.
I think your issue is related to soldering.
You can ship your amp to me to check for you. You just take care both ways shipping..
I WILL GET BACK TO YOU LATER TONIGHT..
Thanks, Victor. I appreciate all your help.
Here's Unit 1 A side
One random question: I've read that you can burn out an IC if you use too much heat. Is it possible that I accidentally burned out the IC and that's responsible for having no sound? (I don't think I kept the soldering iron on the IC for a long time or have any reason to believe that I damaged it, but I'm just searching for answers here.)
It is very (very) rare.
You can mail PCB #1 to me to check for you
