Another bump for Victor's customer service. I received an Elekit amp kit with a busted tube, which in my impatience to complete required me to purchase new tubes from another source. Victor (who had eaten mailing charges already to get the kit to me faster than normal) pursued the delivery company for compensation and immediately reimbursed me, without being asked. I have to say I've received good treatment by some companies, and not so good service from others, but Victor's service is the best I've ever experienced.
