Hi there,
You may be meaning a Russian 6N3Pi. A small double triode with 6,3 V filament on pins 1 and 9 (and 5 screen). Anode work voltage low - aprox. 120 V.
Check this forum. The rough replacement is 5670. It is meant for RF rather than audio use.
