Shipping is expensive and sometimes very hard on equipment. It is best if you can take it to someone in your area. If you can track down a local audiophile group they would be the best source of a tech in your area. A well established guitar shop would also have an experienced tube guy or tech. Also, you might try checking craigs list to see if someone does repairs in your area. good luck
