We (manufacturer) apologize.
Cut at the opening point of the green box: The seller might have opened it to keep track of the S/N.
Non-cut at the opening point of the black box: It is likely that product I received was not repacked by the seller.
Loss of adhesion on an edge of the black box when the product was delivered to the customer: We (manufacturer) occasionally see such cases. Sorry.
The S/N: The serial number indicates that it is a product from us (manufacturer).
The stain on the rear panel and the sockets: It might be due to a mistake at the factory. We (manufacturer) usually inspect the appearance of the product and wipe it just before packaging.
If mine has stain that was not removed at that stage during manufacture, we (manufacturer) can replace your product (mine) for free if you (I) stop by our office (manufacturer’s office).
Gold plating on the sockets: Sometimes, the gold plating looks uneven on a socket we (manufacturer) just received from the parts supplier. Some scratches can occur during the testing procedure after assembly.
