2 channel digital amps?

Looking for a new Amp or Preamp? If you're after tubes, post over here.

I am enjoying a Panasonic Digital receiver immensely! Seem like the digital boat has arrived and it is a breakthrough for audiophiles. But like most of us here it seems, we only use 2 of the channels. Does anybody know of any all digital 2 channel amps? I know there are "digital" amps like the spectron, but they take an analog signal and convert it to digital. I'm hoping for an all digital through amp like the Panasonic. Thanks!
