Upgrade from Rogue 99 Magnum to Wavelength SINE?

I will be changing amplifiers from Rogue 99 Magnums (RCA Command 5751, RCA Clar-top Side Getter 12AU7, Tung Sol 6550 Smooth Gray Plates) to The Wavelength Audio Cardinal X1.
My current preamplifier is the Rogue 99 Magnum running one Tung Sol VT231 and one Sylvania Chrome Dome 6SN7 per channel.
I'm assuming I would have better synergy with the Wavelength SINE/Wavelength Cardinal X1 combo. What would I be gaining (or losing) by moving from the 99 Magnum to the SINE?
